Michael is a well-established musician with over 30 years’ experience in the music industry as a guitarist and multi-instrumentalist.   He has a Bachelor of Contemporary Music Degree from Southern Cross University in which he majored in Music Performance and Production.  He has made a career of playing in bands from an early age, teaching music to students of all ages, scoring music for film and music production both in the studio and live.

During his time at SCU, Michael pursued an interest in scoring for film and this led him to compose scores for several independent short films, documentaries, and video games.  The short film ‘Next Train from Castlemaine’ in which he composed the music score for, went on to win numerous awards and was screened at Film Festivals around the world.  He has also composed music for several music production companies who supply music for TV and media-based programs and has 3 IMDb credits to his name.
