Born and raised in the UK, Tom developed a passion for music at a very young age. After being gifted a guitar by his grandmother aged seven, Tom taught himself how to play.

Raised on a steady diet of 70s, 80s, and 90s alternative, indie, punk, and progressive music, Tom created his own, unique style of playing that sits somewhere between and across all these genres.

He started drumming and playing bass at age 12, both of which he also taught himself. Tom has composed, written, toured, and performed in numerous bands in both the UK and Australia over the past 20+ years as well as releasing his own solo material. He has been teaching music since 2017 and has an organic approach to learning which nurtures a passion as well as a disciplined and dedicated practice ethic.
